Construction on Hutchins Street is complete and the crews have begun to pull the fiber cable through the conduit.  This week, work will begin on Meadow Lane and Wallace and heading north. 

Contact with customers in the Regency area will be happening soon to finalized construction plans.  This initial round of construction for Zone A should be completed within 3 to 4 weeks. 

At that point, we will begin installing customers and turning up services.
